1. General

MIGRASH ONLINE ("the Site", "the Platform") connects sellers and buyers of used vehicles. Using the Site means you accept the terms below.

The Platform is a meeting place only. It is not a party to any sale between a seller and a buyer, does not physically inspect any vehicle, and does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by a seller.

2. Free to use (MVP stage)

At this stage, using the Site — including publishing listings, browsing, contacting sellers, and every other feature — is entirely free. There are no paid listings, subscriptions, "Premium" upgrades, listing "Boosts", or any other form of payment.

The Site may introduce paid services in the future. If it does, these terms will be updated accordingly and registered users will be notified in advance, before the change takes effect.

3. Registration and accounts

Some features (publishing a listing, contacting a seller) require creating an account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

You may not create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes, and may not transfer your account to another person.

The Site may suspend or block an account on reasonable suspicion of a violation of these terms, including publishing false information or abusive behavior.

You may delete your account at any time from the account management page. Account deletion is final and cannot be undone — see the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled afterward.

4. Publishing listings

Full responsibility for the accuracy of a listing — condition, mileage, history, and price — rests solely with the seller. Answering "I don't know" in the condition questionnaire is legitimate and is not a false statement, as long as the information that is provided is accurate.

Every detail shown on a listing — including photos, specifications, history, and description — is supplied by the seller alone. The Site does not verify this information and is not responsible for its accuracy.

Publishing a listing for a vehicle you do not own or do not intend to actually sell is strictly prohibited, as is any false, misleading, or abusive listing.

The Site may remove a listing, block access, or refer information to relevant authorities where there is reasonable suspicion of unlawful activity.

5. The condition score (0–100) and other estimates

The condition score shown on a listing is an informational estimate only, based on a structured questionnaire the seller fills out themselves. It is not a technical inspection, a mechanic's assessment, or a professional opinion of any kind, and should not be relied upon as one.

Any price estimate, price range, or other comparative figure the Site may display is informational only, does not constitute an appraisal, and does not guarantee the vehicle's actual value.

Before completing a purchase, buyers are responsible for their own independent inspection of the vehicle, including a physical inspection and a qualified mechanic's check.

6. Limitation of liability

MIGRASH ONLINE bears no liability for direct or indirect damage arising from a transaction between users, including but not limited to a mismatch between a listing and the actual vehicle, financial disputes, or the conduct of any third party.

Use of the Site is at the user's own risk. The Site is provided "as is" with no guarantee of continuous availability or freedom from errors.

7. Contact between users, reporting, and blocking

Contact between a buyer and a seller happens through the Site's internal messaging system. A seller's phone number is not shown by default, and is shown only to logged-in, registered users, and only if the seller has chosen to enable this.

Using the messaging system for unrelated marketing, harassment, or unwanted contact is prohibited.

Any user may block another user at any time, and may report a listing, a user, or a review suspected of violating these terms or the Community Guidelines. The Site reviews reports and acts at its discretion, including removing content, suspending, or blocking an account.

8. Intellectual property

All rights in the Site's design, code, and interface belong to MIGRASH ONLINE. Photos uploaded by a user remain their property, but they grant the Site a license to display them as part of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

The Site may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.

1. What data is collected

At registration: name, email address, phone number (optional), and an encrypted password.

When publishing a listing: vehicle details, photos, price, and any free-text description the seller chooses to write.

When using chat: the content of messages between users, solely to operate the service.

2. What the data is used for

Operating the service: displaying listings, enabling contact between buyers and sellers, saving favorites.

Security and fraud prevention: detecting unusual activity and enforcing these terms.

The Site does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. The Site does not currently offer any paid services, so it does not process any payment or billing details.

3. Your rights, including account deletion

Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (including Amendment 13), you may request to review, correct, or delete data held about you, subject to legal record-keeping obligations.

You can delete your account yourself from the account management page. Deleting it removes or replaces your identifying details (name, email, phone) with an anonymous value, and the account can no longer be logged into. Content already shared with other users through interaction — such as chat messages you sent, or reviews you wrote — may remain visible in anonymized form, since the other party to that conversation is entitled to keep their own record of it.

4. Data security

Passwords are stored one-way encrypted and are not accessible to Site staff. Access to the data store is restricted and logged.

1. The basic idea

MIGRASH ONLINE is meant to be a safe, trustworthy place to buy and sell vehicles. These guidelines apply to every interaction on the Site — listings, chat messages, and reviews.

2. Not allowed

Publishing false or misleading information about a vehicle, including photos that are not of the actual car.

Harassment, threats, or racist or abusive language toward another user — in chat, in a review, or anywhere else on the Site.

Attempted fraud, including asking for payment upfront without meeting, or impersonating another person or entity.

Using chat for unrelated marketing, spam, or repeated contact after the other person has blocked you or asked you to stop.

Writing a review that doesn't reflect a real interaction, or one written as a personal attack rather than feedback about the transaction.

3. Reporting and blocking

You can report a listing, a user, or a review directly from the relevant page. Reports are reviewed by our team and do not reveal the reporter's identity to the other party.

You can block any other user at any time from the chat screen. Blocking stops them from sending you further messages.

4. Enforcement

Violating these guidelines can lead to content removal, account suspension, or a permanent block, depending on the Site's judgment and the severity of the violation.

1. What the AI tools are for

The Site's AI tools (including smart search and summaries) exist to help find, organize, and present car listings — nothing more.

2. Limitations

AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. It is not professional advice, a mechanical inspection, an appraiser's opinion, a price guarantee, or any promise about a vehicle's condition.

The information that actually governs a listing is always what's shown live in the system and in the publisher's own details — never anything the AI tool produced — subject to your own checks and the law.
